Dear future Hotellos,
We are more than excited to invite you to join the Study Start Week of our September 2022 intake!
Part of this Study Start Week period will be a full introduction to the schools’ curriculum, an eventful city tour, parties, dinners, workshops, and masterclasses guided by industry professionals.
And what is even better, you are going to do these fun things together with your “Homegroup”. These students are going to be your classmates for the first years of your studies.
Furthermore, you and your group mates will have two well experienced and motivated students as hosts, who will guide you through your Onboarding period, and help you during your first few months at Hotel Management School NHL Stenden.
Joining the Study Start Week will be mandatory and highly beneficial for your new journey at the Hotel Management School. We will share all the important information you need and will connect you with your future classmates and industry.
The Study Start Week starts on Monday, the 22nd of August and lasts until Friday, the 26th of August (no activities are scheduled on the Saturdays and Sundays).
We are looking forward to welcome you at our Hotel Managements School.
You can register and purchase the correct ticket for the SSW below. Please make sure to select the ticket which is in accordance with your intake (Bachelor, Associate Degree or Work and Study)*.

Where do they find their book list and where can they buy their books?
The booklist can be found here. Simply log in with your student email account and password to find it. Please note that we highly recommend waiting with purchasing the book until having had a chance to discuss the need with your lectures.

Study start
The official study start is the 29th of August 2022. More information about this will be communicated by the Host Programme a few days in advance. Please note that you are expected to join the Study Start Week which starts on the 22nd of August.
